Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. For cancellations received before Friday August 1 2008, a full refund will be made less an AUD$100 administration fee. Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded, however the registration may be transferred to another person provided that the Conference Secretariat has received written notification of this transfer including the full name and contact details of the replacement person. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference and registrants will be liable for all outstanding registration fees. Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the conference.

ACCOMMODATION

Discounted accommodation rates for delegates are available through accommodation management company, The Lido Group. Delegates can access these rates:

* Full registration (concession) is available to full time students, the unwaged and pensioners. A photocopy of documentation (ie student card, enrolment advice, health care card) must accompany completed registration.
